Via Lawyers Weekly USA: The 16 year old plaintiff was a guest passenger in a vehicle involved in a motor vehicle collision. The plaintiff’s “Lawyers Use …Skills to Land $5 Million Verdict”. Plaintiff alleged that he suffered brain damage from the accident. On the day the jury verdict was rendered, the plaintiff graduated from high school with above average grade point average. The DEFENSE counsel, Terry Thibodeaux , is quoted as saying “…Gauthier is a MASTER….with the jury.” Gauthier says he appreciates the kind compliment.
